I would like to know if there is an address where I can buy concert tickets to the Auditorio Nacional de Musica. I think the people in the concert hall do not understand english!
I understand that what you’re saying about speaking English – Madrid can be furiating for non-Spanish speakers, sometimes! I have looked into this and you can buy tickets on Servicaixa (click ‘música’ and select ‘Madrid’). It would appear that tickets can be bought through this system – picking them up either through Servicaixa cash machines or at the box office. The box office can be picked up right up until the performance though concert tickets must be picked up at least 24/48 hours beforehand.
