Real Madrid have this weekend signed Michael Owen, the Liverpool and England star. Negotiations went on for much of last week and finally Real Madrid got their man – and for a very good price: £8 million plus Real Madrid’s Antonio Nuñez. The potential revenue for Real Madrid shirts with “Owen 11” will undoubtedly be astronomical.
